From Zero to Hero è il videocorso nel quale, grazie alla crescita di mio figlio Ludovico, ti mostro praticamente tutti gli exercises and the activities che ho utilizzato per facilitare il suo improved motor and postural development dal giorno zero della nascita fino a quando, intorno a 11 mesi e mezzo, è diventato un piccolo eroe che cammina.

Cosa contiene e come è strutturato il corso
From zero to hero dura più di 150 minuti (2.5 ore) ed è composto da 10 video pratici che durano dai 10 ai 25 minuti l’uno, registrati mese per mese durante la crescita di mio figlio Ludovico, tappa motoria dopo tappa motoria.
I video sono 10 perchè ho registrato un video al mese per i primi 9 mesi, mentre il decimo video comprende lo sviluppo motorio dai 10 ai 12 mesi.
Ogni video ti mostra cosa aspettarti realmente dallo sviluppo motorio del tuo bimbo a quell’età, gli errori da evitare e, soprattutto, gli esercizi da proporre per aiutarlo a raggiungere con successo tutte le principali tappe motorie.
