You can start right away, although some teachers suggest starting the practice of Prenatal Yoga after the 16th week as in the 1st trimester the body needs time to adapt to hormonal changes and the rapid development of the baby.

When you find out you are expecting a baby, you often find yourself in a rush and your mind is racing. Practising prenatal yoga helps to stop and take time to connect between mother and child. It also allows you to realise the change and have a greater perception of the changes you are going through. Discover the video course held by Denise to practice it whenever and wherever you want!
